4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Securing pets, occupants, or hazards before service
  • Removing or disclosing valuables, confidential documents, fuels, chemicals, firearms, biohazards, or other regulated or dangerous materials
  • Verifying that no prohibited items are included in the load unless specifically approved by us in writing

We reserve the right to refuse service where site conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or materially different from what was represented.

5. Prohibited or Restricted Materials

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not accept responsibility for handling or removing hazardous, toxic, explosive, illegal, infectious, or otherwise regulated materials.

Once items are loaded, collected, or removed by us, they may become our property unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may dispose of, recycle, salvage, donate, transfer, or otherwise handle removed items at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

You represent that you are the legal owner of the items or are otherwise authorized to approve their removal and disposal.
